When did you give a blanket ?

What she did you give your child a small pillow and blanket to sleep with at night ? I already know the safe sleep practices with babies being under one year old . I am saying after they hit 12 months of age.

My little one will have a duvet/blanket from day one, due to different “rules” in Norway. Because to it being so cold here, we really have no choice.

At the daycare that I worked at, we gave blankets at 1 year and pillows at 2

Blanket at one month old, still no need for a pillow at almost a year old.

I don’t remember when we started giving him a blanket, but we started using a pillow at 1 year because he was getting sick a lot and the doctor recommended elevating his head in order to help drainage

I️ gave my son a little blanket and a little stuffed animal a couple weeks after he turned 1. He moves so much in his crib I️ was afraid he’d get tangled in it, but he doesn’t. He usually kicks it off early in the night. 
I’ve read not to give a pillow until around two, so I’ll probably follow that (I’ll reevaluate at 18 months) because again, he moves so much in his bed. BUT most parents I️ know look like they give pillows around a year, so I’d say do what you’re comfortable with when it comes to your little one.
