I’m so moody anymore and I feel like it’s driving him away. I don’t mean to be this way.

Talk to him about it. Tell him how you are feeling, what you are going through, and that you're sorry you have been moody towards him and havent been your normal self lately.

I️ get it!!! I️ can be the same way.  Walking helps me or just saying out loud I️ feel moody!  I️ tell on myself and own it.  Otherwise my resentment and moodiness builds until I️ explode.  Also, I️ try to go inside and see what the moodiness really is about... am I️ hungry, angry, lonely, or tired? Do I️ have a resentment brewing? Sometimes opposite action helps... for example I’m feeling moody and don’t want to be touched so I’ll ask my partner for a hug and sometimes surprisingly it is exactly what I️ need.  Cut yourself a break the more I️ judge myself for this part and keep it to myself the more it digs in and finds a home :)
