Is anyone else convinced they’re about to miscarry again? Every ache and pain. Every cramp. I’m 5w2d, first sonogram coming up in 4 days.

I was sick this whole week and stopped feeling my pregnancy symptoms bc I was too busy with my head and chest cold. I was so worried. My head finally cleared yesterday and my nausea came back. I guess that’s a good sign but I can’t imagine 35 more weeks at this point. I still remember that first gush of blood and the way the sonogram looked dark and lifeless from my first mc.
