So recently I got a DUI and had to spend 8 days in jail. This addiction has been with me for about 5 years now. It was an extremely tough and emotional experience. The last 3 days my boyfriend said I'll either begin crying and hyperventilating in my sleep, or I will immidiately sit up while asleep, he tells me to go back to sleep and everything is ok. Crying in my sleep is something that has occurred before but never the sitting up. I think Im just a bit traumatized and emotionally disturbed. Should I see someone for this? Does anyone else do this?
