Baby food?

So my 2 month old is exclusively breastfeeding since she was born. Can i add rice cereal to her breastmilk? or try baby food?

Noooo. Two months is way too young to start any sort of solids. And you should never put anything else in their bottle other than formula or breast milk. Your doctor will let you know when they’re ready to start solids and what types of solids to give.

not at 2 months. our pediatrician approved food at 4 months only if baby was showing interest. otherwise he said wait until 6 months. you're never suppose to thicken milk or formula and let them drink it, it's a choking hazard. it's meant to be mixed with formula or milk and spoon fed.
