Castor oil to induce labor??

Has anyone ever tried castor oil to induce labor? If so what was your experience like...both good and bad please!

No don't do that it's dangerous

One- It can cause your baby to poop in the womb, causing severe probs and possibly an unnecessary NICU stay. (No matter the dosage)
Two- It can make YOU go a lot, causing dehydration which can also be a danger to your baby.
Three- little know fact, it CAN cause labor but possibly push you so hard that your placenta ruptures. Something that can KILL your baby.
My advice? Stick with sex, yoga balls and walking. Baby will come when it's time and BABY is ready. If this doesn't happen, your doctor can handle things. 
And yes, I have 7 children, so I know the end of pregnancy is hard and waiting sucks. I've just always considered my baby's life and safety to be more important than my own comfort. To each their own.

There are tons of health benefits to caster oil. I’d probably try it if I bought it or someone else had it. However, I don’t want to go to the store specifically for caster oil 🤣

I did this when I was pregnant with my daughter.  I started having contractions a few hours later and gave birth the next day.

I've heard mixed reviews about it. Something interesting I did learn was make yourself scrambled eggs and put the oil in the eggs - the eggs are supposed to help with the diarrhea situation

my friend did it, worked like a charm. went into labour in no time. BUT it does act as a laxative if you take to much and there are some who say its dangerous for your baby.
