Anyone ever felt lightheaded during their period?

Today is day 2 of my period and this morning I felt sooo light headed the room started spinning I had to lay on the floor a bit before getting up. Is this normal?

Uhhhh that's a big deal! Try to make an appointment to see if your anemic. Or if anything else is going on
BUT PLEASE!! DO NOT TAKE IRON PILLS UNLESS YOU FIND OUT YOUR LOW ON IRON!!!  I had the some symptoms you had going on and already had labs done but had been waiting for the results. So I went ahead and bought some iron pills. RIGHT before I was about to take them, I found out that my iron levels were actually high (Idk why) so it could have caused a lot of problems if I were to have taken them. Long story short if you take supplements you don't need you can actually cause a lot of problems so be careful and good luck, feel better soon!
