I think I have pinched nerve in my neck I've had a head ache on that side for at least a week also my back is incredibly tight and aches. anyone have any suggestions to help. back brace something to help hold up my belly? I've gotten prenatal massages and have been doing prenatal yoga and using a heating pad on low for my lower back. I'm really just worried about how much more I'll hurt in the next 3 months. also I have no energy...bless you pregnant Mama's with small children already. hands up to you.
