So according to my chart, I should be expecting af in 11 days. BUT I had sex on the day i ovulated and some days before that. today however I'm experiencing some cramps on my right side and right lower back as well. No I don't need to poop lol. that I know of😂 it was worse about an hour ago but it's not so bad now. definitely noticeable and kinda feels like a tightness or something I can't explain it but it still hurts. any answers as to why I'm experiencing this? dont

really want to go to the Dr for this lol.
