Girly Best Friend?

So I'm kinda a tomboy. I like to dress up sometimes but I don't really know how to do hair or make up or know how to dress sexy that well. I would just love to have like a girly girl best friend to help me out. My mom tries to help but, no offense mom, I look like a lil girl. I'm 19, I wanna go out and be sexy and hot but idk how 😂 please send help. I have friends but all of us are very tomboy like

Honestly  Instagram is gonna be ur best friend on this one (at least for me it is) . Follow other high school/college girls or celebs/insta famous girls and just look in the photos that they post for what they r wearing everyday or at parties and just copy that if u like it. 
 For makeup watch some youtube videos on how to do it and what types of products they use, or even go to the makeup chat room on here and/or the beauty chatroom and/ or the beauty chat room and ask more about products and brands. 
Go shopping and pick out whatever u like or think might work for whatever look ur going for. I’d give u a list of stores but honestly idk where girls like that shop, I’m not a tomboy but I’m not a girly girl either (junior in high school btw). But I shop at Charlotte Russe, american eagle, old navy/ gap(they have good simple things/ must needs for a good price), VS, Hollister, etc. 
Honestly I sometimes go shopping with my brother and his friends (college age) and I just follow the girls to stores they go to and kinda look and see the stuff they buy.
