Appendicitis is less cramping and more feeling like you have a stomach bug that’s really bad. At least that’s my SO’s experience with it. I think you might just be getting your period or you could have a cyst on your ovary. Try a heating pad or something hot to dull the pain if it helps it’s almost definitely a cyst.
