Had a miscarriage back in April, no signs before it happened. Just spontaneous. Now im 5 weeks exactly and im having extreme back pain, cramps that randomly intensify and now I have started spotting. Not bright red, not pink, not brown, but its like a mixture. I cannot explain the bleeding but its only when i wipe. Anyone offer me some insight? Im freaking out. I’ve been told it’s normal but my intense back pain has people saying its not normal?? I don’t want to run to my drs every time im afraid so im just looking for help. Someone please ❤️🙏🏽

EDIT! I have added a pic of the blood. Any idea? Going to the hospital is a little pricey at the moment without it being a definite reason but trust i will go in with no problem if i need to.
