Dying hair at 36 weeks?

I know it’s dangerous during the first trimester but what about now? Baby is due in a month and this is the last opportunity for me to do something for myself for awhile. It wouldn’t be anything dramatic.

Don’t listen to anyone who says it’s “not safe” I’m a hair dresser. The was only back in the day.

It is safe! I got my hair done in my first trimester, although the hair dresser did get a little bit upset that I didn’t tell her right away because she said sometimes dying pregnant women hair won’t dye, something in the hormone that makes it do that but I went from brown to blonde so maybe that is why she said sometimes it won’t work 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️

I would say it’s safe if it’s in a well ventilated area if you are doing box dye as for a hair salon idk it’s been forever since ive had my hair done at a hair salon. I say do it you deserve to pamper yourself before baby arrives :)

Do it! I got mine done at 33 weeks with my LO and my hairdresser was 34 weeks. It was a great pick me up to get me through the last leg of my pregnancy.

I have a hair appointment set up for 13 days before my due date 😂 lol it’s totally fine as long as you’re in a well ventilated area
