So my boyfriend’s family is celebrating Thanksgiving today instead of next week because his two siblings will be out of town next week. My dad works constantly but especially around the holidays and I rarely see him. Originally I was supposed to spend the night at his house tonight but I found out my dad is off of work tomorrow which is a big deal since i see him at most 10 times this month as well as December. I told my boyfriend that I’d be glad to come to dinner today, but he got very upset because I’m not spending the night with him tonight and I’m leaving after dinner. Well, he’s been very mean to me today, hasn’t touched or kissed me, won’t talk to me, and will barely acknowledge me. He told me he would take me home after dinner (I don’t have a car at the moment) and just yelled at me saying “You need to find someone else to take you home because i don’t want to take you tonight.” He has since taken it back and feels bad but I’m so upset right now there’s no point of me being here. I just want to know if me wanting to see my father and changing plans to spend the night makes me a bad girlfriend.
