Meeting resistance from family .. anyone else?

hi all I have 6 children been married for 23 years I'm sorry 40 and my older kids are upset that im trying for another baby.. I don't understand it .. and I was just wondering if there was anyone else in my situation? :)

Yep! My 23 year old told me she wouldn't accept this baby as her sibling because it's my new husband and I. Btw she doesn't act like a 23 year old! 😂 she's going through some hurt from my divorce with her dad that she's trying to heal from still! It's going on 8 years since I left her father. My other four children are excited that I'm trying but they're also very young and not in the same mindset as my oldest. You can only control you and your happiness and not theirs! Good luck mama!!!! Baby dust to you if you decide to go for it!!!

I have a similar situation I have 6 children (but none with my so he is 13 years younger and has 1 son) my oldest daughter and I are both trying to concievce she had pcos and we support each other but her oh keeps questioning me and making comments I'm to old and I'm crazy! I just tell him the if it happens it's a miracle and was meant to be!
