Earliest accurate gender ultrasound?

Hi ladies, I was wondering if any of you know when the earliest accurate gender ultrasound would be. I know here in California they will do a gender ultrasound starting at 16 weeks, but I heard it's not all that accurate. Should I wait a few more weeks or is 16 weeks decent enough?
Don't want to be told wrong but I really would like to find out soon

I found out via ultrasound at 13.5 weeks with my second and it was accurate. With my first they made me wait until 21 weeks.

I found out accurately at 15 weeks. The babies genitals are fully formed by week 15. Before can be a hit or miss.
