I go back to work in 2 weeks. My baby will be 14 weeks and she has never had formula. I am concerned that I have will to give her a bottle of formula a day due to not being able to pump enough breastmilk while at work. My husband gives her a bottle of breastmilk a few times a week and I pump during this and can only get 3 ounces total from both breasts. I will only be able to pump 3 times while at work so I don't think this will been enough. So I'm curious what formula is good for supplementing? Or any tips for increasing supply! I know my LO is taking in more than 3 ounces per feeding session when she nurses!
