LATE AF AFTER IUD REMOVAL

I had my Mirena removed 9/25. Had a regular period 10/16. Supposed to have my period 11/13. Never came, which makes me 6 days late. Neg tests. Lower back pain, slight cramping on & off, and tender breasts. What’s going on? Do I give up on the tests at his point? I just wish if AF was coming she would just show up so I can track my ovulation and try again!
