TMI PERIOD

I just started my period 24 hours ago and I've been having to change my "super" size tampon very 20 min. I've even bleed through my jeans, it soaked to my tights. The blood clot in the pic is smaller than the other but that was in for only 10-15min. I'm 18 and in the healthy weight zone. Do periods get super heavy out of no where for others? I've never bleed this much.
