Need some advice on AF

Okay ladies I’m NOT TTC so being pregnant really isn’t an issue for me but I took a test Incase and it was a bold Negative. I am currently on cycle day #51. I’ve been having lots of discharge the past week and I ovulated a few weeks back with tests to confirm it. I track ovulation to know when not to have intercourse. Here is a photo with what my CM looked like today, and I’m a little confused as to what it could be. It comes in big globs randomly and most of the time at night, any idea what it could mean? I also attached a photo of the pregnancy test I took just a few minutes ago. AF is rarely late and it’s never been this long that it hasn’t come.
