Kinda long and never thought I would post but I'm desperate.

I went off my birth control October 25th. It normally takes me 3-4 days max to start my period, it took 6. Had a light period lasting 5 days. But half as light as usual. My SO and I BD during the 6 days before my period. Around November 8 or so I had what looked like implantation bleeding (no I don't think that's what it was) but only way to describe it. I ovulated on November 14th from what ultrasound sounded. I've had pelvic cramping for a week and a half. Tonight I've had more extreme cramping along with right sided pain around the area of my ovary (ovulated out of right ovary on the 14th) and had similar bleeding tonight. What in the world could be going on? My nipples are super sensitive and the shower water bothered them.

I plan on getting another ultrasound if the pain continues. Thanks in advance
