How long should you wait to have your 2nd child after your 1st?

I’d say 3 or 4 years is good! The kids I babysit are 3 years apart and they’re  so cute! But then again me and my brother were less than 2 years apart (mom had to have me right away or not have a 2nd at all due to medical stuff🤷‍♀️) and we were also bffs growing up! Whatever you think is right and whatever you can handle.

If you're over 35 and want more than one child, you can't really do 4 years or more spacing. Waiting that long is a gamble (I'm 37 with a 1yo).
 
The biggest gap I've heard of is a friend whose parents had his little sister when he was 17 and in his final year of high school.

My first daughter is 4 will be 5 in April and my son is 1 and will be 2 in July so between them is 3years and few months but honestly I regret because I think it’s way to big gap :( now I’m pregnant with 3rd baby and I’m 30 weeks already! So between my son and new baby it will be around 1 and half year ! Which I guess is the best age gap 💖💃

It just depends what you feel is right! I always said I wanted roughly a 2 year gap between mine. My son will be 22 months when my next baby is born!

well my child will be 6 soon but I wish I'd gotten pregnant when he was 3 instead. but everything happens in it's own time, at exactly the right time and for a reason 😊❤

If your under 35 space them out well I know i am. I’m 28 now having my first & I want to wait at lest 4 or 5 years honestly.
