What do you actually wear when giving birth?!?

Seems like a silly question, but in all reality what did you have on?  Sports or nursing bra and that's it?  Did you labor like that too?

My hospital was a gown with nothing underneath.  I liked not having a bra on because it makes the skin to skin right after the birth much better. I got dressed into my pj pants and nursing tank within 2 hours after.

I need a c section, breech but my hospital you can wear whatver you like. The hospital gown, your own comfortable nightie, bra or no bra. Naked if it makes you feel better. Husbands need to wear swimming  shorts for the bath or shower that's the only rule.

I bought a really pretty lilith wrap dress, it's super soft modal jersey with a little hood :) makes me feel sexy- why the heck not?!?!? Also figured I could nurse easy in it and wear it again around the house
