Are tampons ok to use for a teen??

This is my second period and I am a teenager. Are tampons good to use so early on and should teens use them?? Pls help I am very stuck cus I wanna go swimming today

Tampons take practice. It took me a few periods to get it. You can defs use them as a teen and you won’t regret it once you get it- I haven’t used pads in about a decade, can’t stand the thought of them!
