trying to conceive

hi i am 20 years old and I been trying to conceive but having trouble doing so .. I was pregnant 16 and had a miscarriage and i had got the injection birth control at 17 then took it out at 18 because of complications i smoke cigarettes but trying to stop its slowly working ( I don't smoke that much ) I want a child and need advise and tips to help me
