Answers please !!!

Hi guys i wondering if anyone has ever experienced this or has answers so I usually have a 39 day cycle my period was due November 3rd and didn't show up so I took a digital test and it said yes + and the next morning I tried to confirm it with by taking another pregnancy test and it was negative so a week went by with no period and all my test are negative so I went to the doctor and they did and blood test and it was negative and i still to this day have no period but am having pregnancy symptoms i pee like every 30 minutes my vines in my chest and breast stick out so bad and i feel nuasues from time to time
