If you are asking this here are some things to think about:

How are you going to pay for everything? I just spent $300 just on a crib.  Baby wipes, diapers, formula, food, clothes, health insurance?  What if something happens to the baby and they have to stay in nicu??  Do you have any idea how much that costs?  If your plan is to live off of the government, then Yes planing a baby at 17 is bad.  Go get an education first so that you can have a career and are never stuck in a situation you don’t want to be in.  Do you read the horror stories of some of these poor women on here who are stuck in abusive situations because they can’t financially support themselves and have no where to go?  You are at a crossroad at this age, having a child on purpose is not the right path if you aren’t financially stable.

Planning is not bad. I would say if you are going to act now then probably. 9 out of 10 time of you must ask the question then yes. I think you know that. you need to wait a bit. I would honestly say until you are 20-21 this way you can make sure you I ow a bit more of what you want. Hormones are going crazy and they won't stop but make sure you have space money time a job and everything you could need. Things don't always go as plan and if you have a baby and bring that baby into this world you don't have a choice but put that baby first. Always think through it. I know it is hard and I'm sorry I know this isn't what you wanted to hear but really see into your future and think where you want to be and how are you going to get there. you are the only one that can make sure your future is possible.
