Spotting and cramping
Today I started having period like cramps and when I went to the washroom I noticed brown in my underwear. I’m terrified that I’m miscarrying, I’m 11 weeks 5 days today. I called my midwife and she said that even if I did have an ultrasound it could show a heartbeat but I could still miscarry a few hours later. I thought a miscarriage happens after the heart has stopped... I just want to know if my baby is ok!
