I need help please

so AF was due on the 5th and I have yet to test bc my hgc hormones are so low they can only be predicted thru blood..... I have been super tired very moody extremely hungry and my boobs hurt! bad. should I get a blood test done? my youngest just turned 4 and I have been actively TTC for 2 years... help me. I need advice.. thanks yall
