Acupuncture for Fertility?

Long story short, my husband has low sperm count and motility. I have PCOS. We have seen a specialist without a lot of improvement for him and only real options were then IVF. We aren't ready to spend that kind of money, so are currently seeing an acupuncturist that specializes in fertility. We are keeping our fingers crossed that, following their guidelines, this could be our answer. However, I was wondering if anyone tried this route, male or female, and had natural success?
