This has been on my upper thigh area for a few days and I’m wondering is this wing worm or something more severe?

looks like a ring worm, put some bleach on it and it should clear up in a few days.

Definitely worth a trip to the dr.  If it is ring worm you’ll need an ointment

Looks like ring worm but see a doctor about it..I wouldn't put bleach in your skin though..
