Quitting smoking cold turkey
I just got my BFP yesterday. Today I'm quitting cold turkey. I'd never want to do anything to hurt my baby. Anyone been through this have any help hints on how to not go crazy? I have a 3yr old and I want to be sure I don't take my frustration out on her. I've already been a bit emotionally unstable the last couple days.
