Any tips on how to prevent newborn from spitting up right after feeding?

She almost always spits right up, sometimes not so much and other times looks like it's everything she ate

def take breaks to burp - this helped my LO tremendously. If the burp doesn't come Dr recommended laying her flat for a minute and then trying again. Also, keep babe upright 30min after a feeding.

When you over eat and you get gassy and finally burp. You puke/spit up too. Same theory. Get the gas out as it builds.

I bottle feed my baby and she spits up if I give her too much or she drank it too fast. When I feed her I just make sure she's at least 45 degrees elevated and I'll burp her halfway through the bottle and again when she's done. I just change her before I start feeding so at least she'll have a clean diaper going into it. And if I have to then I'll change her even if it hasn't been 15 minutes of her sitting upright after feeding.

Keep her upright for a while after feeding and burping... And try not to move her around too much right after eating. The boppy pillow works great to keep them at a 45 degree angle for a little while.
