Okay so I’ve been on the pill over a year, started taking vitamin c a few months back because I felt drained. I want to stop the vitamin c but what effect will this have on my pill (combined contraceptive pill- rigevidon). I heard stopping vitamin c on the pill can mean hormones drop which could lead to pregnancy? I’m on my withdrawal bleed atm so would be stopping it on my week off anyway? If it did make it less effective should I take it like I did when I first started the pill- use other protection for a month or two?

Any ideas!
