Cravings and sports

Okay so I play basketball and I’ve been out of shape and it’s especially noticeable with all the running we’ve been doing but period cravings hit me hard this weekend and I’ve eaten SO SO SO MUCH JUNK but I can’t stop eating and I’m scared for tomorrow’s practice cause coach promised to push us super hard. How do I stop eating so much? Or how do I lose thigh fat?😬
