Ovulation bleeding?

​N cycle day 17 I started spotting after sex.. It was kinda pale pink color. I thought it may be ovulation .. But it's been three days now and even though it's not pink anymore it is still there also my mc is kinda increasing and it's kinda dark but not brown ..  I've had bacterial vaginosis before this mc is not smelly, it doesn't hurt, it's not itchy.. I've also noted a dull pain n my womb .. Like cramps, but not as sharp..  Could this be  something serious ? I don't think ovulation spotting lasts this long ..
