Condom got stuck in me

The other night my bf and I were having sex. When he finished he went to pull out but the condom fell off him inside me. Like the ends of it were outside of me but I had to pull the rest out. It wasn’t broken or anything but now the two of us are pretty nervous that some cum could have gotten in me. Is it likely to get pregnant off of that or am I just freaking out?
