Hi so this might sound dumb but I’m genuinely concerned. Can fourteen year olds get breast cancer

I found some weird lumps last week and yesterday I had a really painful shooting pain in my boob out of nowhere. It was so bad I had to take ibuprofen and was crying like crazy.

I went to the doctor and it was a hormonal thing. Apparently normal for girls my age with boobs as big as mine (DD borderline E)
