Kegel balls?

Any lady who has used them please help me out!!! I pee every time I laugh sneeze cough and everything else pretty much😭😭comment ANY tips on how to use them how often what's the best brand andthing under the sun you can think of...thanks in advance

I had the same problem and Kegel exercises made it to away. So am Internet search to make sure you're doing them correctly. Until I did a little research, I didn't realize there was more than one way. The exercises alone will help tremendously. As far as the balls go, I'm certainly not an expert, but I do have some. I have a large silicone one with a pull string that is good for beginners. I recently upgraded to 3/4" rose quartz... no string, which was really scary the first time I used them!! They are definitely not for beginners. Bigger and lighter Kegel balls are what you want to start with... with a string 😉
