Having Pcoc makes me really tired and the inability to push forward to get things done. One day I told myself That I will no longer let this control me. Losing weight was hard for me because I enjoy food as much as the next person does. I started going to cardio kick boxing Monday-Friday then I would come home and workout for an hour and just to be extra I did 2 30 day ab challenges at the same time. I drink a lot of water and started to portion my meals and these were the results.
