Bumps on my nose 🤷‍♀️

Sorry for the gross photo of my nose. I know my pores and black heads are AWFUL! But I want to know what the bumps are on my nose.

I know the obvious answer would be "pimples"... but they aren't pimples. I have had these same bumps for the past 7 years. They have never gone away, nor can I "pop" them.

Basically I feel like a witch with "warts" on my know 😭

I have tried black head removers, different astringents, different creams, different cleaners...

and nothing has worked.

Even that red dot has been there since I was a teenager!! What are they and how do I get rid of them?
