Help please. I took excedrin extra strength and Advil. Nothing is working. These cramps are killing me and I’ve been in pain for three hours or so. Please. Any tips on how to lessen the pain? I feel hot and cold. I had hot tea and am wrapped up in a blanket. Nothing works. I’m 22 and I haven’t had cramps like this in a long time. And this is the first time that medicine isn’t work. Usually Advil works like a charm. But not today. Ughhhh. I’m crying.
