I was just wondering if anyone trying to concieve had an autoimmune disease, and how they are going about it.

On my fifth pregnancy they suspect I have an issue I just do what I can I take vitamins, folic acid, iron for my anemia, treated my thyroid and take progesterone and my doc told me to take a baby aspirin
