pain 2 years after c section?

so I had a c section almost 3 years ago and every period I get now is soo painful and heavy and when im talking painful I mean it feels like I just had the c section and my uterus is tender to the touch. I was wondering if anyone else has has similar experiences. or even understands what i pain I'm talking about. i also got my tubes tied... idk if it could be from that too?

but i could understand like random stitch pain but does your or your mom's feel like tender to touch kind of like when you were healing from the csection?

my friend told me not to the tubes be sure she bleeds alot more and has alot of stomach pain...so may be from it but I know my 4 sections my scar hurts randomly my mom's is 26 yrs n still hurts her sometimes
