Baby vapor rub?

Any thoughts on Baby chest rub? My baby has a runny nose and can’t seem to breathe right and i want to try it out but i want to know if some moms have tried it and what they think

They say to put it on the bottom of their feet. We do that and chest before bed :)

Ok to use but don’t use the regular Vick’s vapor rub. It is too strong and can actually constrict their airways. Baby Vick’s or even the more natural brands are good too. I usually put a little bit on my daughters chest then on both of her feet. Be sure to cover their feet with socks afterwards. Hope you guys get to feeling better!

I tried it last week with my almost 6 month old and he was fine. I was worried it was going to burn him or something so I put just a little bit on and kept applying when I couldn’t smell it anymore. It seemed to help him.
