Starting my fitness journey!!

I’ve decided I’m going to start to get more in shape. My end goal is to get more muscular/thick thighs (right now they’re mostly fat), tone my butt then work towards getting it bigger/more muscular, and tighten my waist so you can see my curves more!! I’m excited. I’ve started a 21 day HIIT workout where I run for 10 minutes then do the HIIT. I’ve been trying to force myself to eat some strawberries since I hate fruits and vegetables. Anyone have any tips for nutrition? I’ve heard smoothies but idk where to start with those. Any tips for workouts? Thanks!!
