And people are outraged.
Honestly, I’m a tribal member, and I don’t find this racist at all. Maybe a bit offensive, but definitely not racist.
Some argued the true story of Pocahontas, but the fact of the matter is the when the name comes up, people tend to think of the Disney movie about an independent Native American girl growing into an adult.
I’m honestly so disappointed that my people would pull the race card over something like this. It has nothing to do with race!! At all! It’s just a silly picture! 
What do you guys think?

A picture is never just a picture. 
Considering that indigenous women are the most likely demographic to face sexual assault, and considering how little representation they have, placing one of their few well known representations in a sexually compromising position comes off as inappropriate at best. 
Especially when compounded with the fact that Disney’s Pocahontas was already an arguably racist portrayal of a real living breathing woman, who was most likely raped at least once in real life.

All I can think of ..... isn't there some copyright/ trademark issue?It does say Disney on it.    As far as it being racist,  nope....racism :: prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior.... I don't see that anywhere there ?

I’m mostly just pissed at how inappropriate this is. Even if it didn’t have a Disney character (which makes it ten times worse) on the front, even if it was some brand new made up cartoons, it’s not appropriate. And you would think with all of the things coming to light in our country with the sexual harassment of so many women by men in power, you would think that women with a position like hers would try to do something to demand respect for women instead of us just being treated like sex objects. I guess she likes being treated like a sex object 🤦🏾‍♀️
