Am I pregnant??

Just a little background about me-

I have a lot of thyroid problems and had a pituitary tumor removed in August My last period was late August and I didn't have a period before for a whole year before that- so I can't go off of that. Plus I always feel nauseous every morning so I wouldn't be able to tell by that either. My endocrinologist ordered a blood pregnancy test and my HCG came back as 2.4. They aren't open tomorrow and I just wanted to know yalls opinion if I am pregnant or if my HCG isn't high enough to even be pregnant. Thanks!!
