Do guys care about dark knees ?

My legs and thighs look pretty good it's just I'm insecure about my dark knees I’ve tried everything and they won’t go away

My knees are probably 10x darker than the rest of my legs because I have eczema. But no it doesn’t bother my boyfriend in the slightest.
