what can i do?

my baby girl is a month and a half and she wont sleep if she is not being held. and if she does sleep its for 10-15 minuets. what can i do to get her to sleep without having to constantly hold her.

These early months (1-3) were tough for me as well. Nothing would work, so I ended up just holding him on my chest while he slept and I’d take small naps. I was a very light sleeper and sometimes would just zip my sweater up to his butt to kinda hold him in place (I don’t recommend doing this). Eventually I got a rock and play and he loved sleeping in that so that helped me a lot. Nothing else worked. Good luck, it’s rough but as a mom sometimes (even for months) we sacrifice our sleep to squeezing in small power naps instead. It will pass eventually.

try the love to dream swaddle it allows them to have access to there hands to soothe they were a miracle with my son. also i propped the head of my sons bed up a little and it helped. their digestive system is immature so they get a lot of refkux which made my baby only want to sleep in my arms

My mom used to have to stand in the door way holding me, not sure when she was able to finally put me down, best of luck girl!! 💕
